Welcome to Basement Bettas. 

We are currently breeding quality Halfmoon Bettas and Crowntails. The colors we are currently working with are Coppers and Metallics. We hope to add Reds to the line up later in 2010. We have several spawns coming along, young fish being brought along for the Spring show season as well as adults for breeding and for sale. We are also building our fish room and Blogging when we get time. This web site is under construction and being designed to be a place to sell some of our fish and the live foods we raise them with. We hope to have the site a bit more functional by mid year 2010... check back for updates. 

If, at any time you like some of the fish you see here, please drop us a line for availability. I own my own retail business so I stay very busy.. and do not always have our available fish online. Most of the time our extras go to a local Fish shop. We often have several beautiful fish that need homes at any given time because they just are not colored properly for showing or our breeding program. If you would like a unique Betta that is better bred and healthier than what you find locally, please let us know.

Along with our Bettas we have a pair of Super Veil Angelfish that are producing very nice offspring. The Angels will be available soon on the site as well.
